Ah, the ever-brilliant English weather. Amy + Andrew are over from Canada and must be regretting their decision to get married in England now – apparently it’s lovely and warm over there at the moment!

They get married on Saturday and I’m sure it’s going to be a fun wedding!

I mentioned it in the Sneak Peek but I’m saying it again: I know their wedding is going to be cool because Andrew and Kelly’s engagement shoot was just loads of fun!

Being a wedding photographer can be a scary proposition sometimes.  You’ve got to nail it every single time.  As I mentioned in the Sneak Peek, taking on the job of being a friend’s wedding photographer is an even more epic decision.  I just hope I’ve done them justice so far with their engagement shoot!

Aside from the nerves, I’m really looking forward to seeing them tie the knot.  They’re a really special couple and probably the nicest pair of people on planet Earth.

You know it’s going to be a great wedding when…

Some people say that you should never live or work with friends, I’d like to make an addition:  Never take photos of them either!  It’s the most nerve-racking shoot I’ve done to date.  Their wedding’s next month and I’m likely to be a bag of nerves!

Really looking forward to Kirstie and Gary’s wedding!  They’ve had a hectic few months – moving house, a wedding to plan and now… They’re expecting their first child!  It was great to meet up for these photos and I hope they enjoy them.

Did you happen to see Claudia and Richard’s Sneak Peek?  Claudia, Richard, Dana (their dog!) and I braved the howling wind, torrential down-pours and frost-bite inducing cold to bring you these – I hope you appreciate them! Only joking, it wasn’t too bad but it’s a shame the beautiful weather decided to have a day off.

Claudia and Richard get married this weekend so we met up recently and made our way to Sheffield’s Botanical Gardens for a fun and exciting engagement shoot.
